I agree with you 100%. There will not be another R/S anytime soon. If they do another R/S it will be when FLTT is trading at .50-$1.00+ so they can get re-listed to the big boards. Look at EMAN's history as they did the same thing and was trading in the $8.00 range recently.

I also think besides myself curt2go and flicker are the only REAL investors here without an alterior motive with johnny4profits and guiness007 being the worst and not to be believed.

I really did think we would get S-1 news after hours but it was not the news I was looking for. The S-1 news we got is NOT BAD. Remember the more shares Kodiak has the more they can control FLTT's share price. I think 50,000,000 shares to Kodiak is the best thing for FLTT right now.
