If you want to label me a basher that is OK, but way off base. I have been here longer then most and have done nothing but accumulate shares. Nothing I said has any bearing on what the stocks are value at in the end.

We are waiting for JV,NI reports,uplisting,spin outs,etc... and these are the events that will raise the pps.

I am very aware of what we need in the future but your statement here is very wrong. Last run here had none of what you mentioned and was almost 10 times what we are worth now. This is the pinks. The PPS moves here with nothing to back it up but rumor.

ST has a value in our PPS right now. It is not its true value but as you said until we have a report or JV we wont know the true value. The value of the PPS of the ST spin out will have no choice but to come out of the SRSR PPS until something in your list happens.

You say a spin out will move the PPS. Tell me this.
If you have 3 pennies in a pile and you take one away to make a new pile. How can you have two piles of 3 pennies.
You cant.
Unless Scott announces something more, any move the PPS gets will be artificial and created buy people wanting "free shares" in ST. What we gain we will lose after the new shares are issued without something of value being added.

Once we have something to increase the value of either property we will climb accordingly and stay up.

The PPS here is definitely going up but not due to any true value. YET


P.S. Just because someone doesnt pump and scream for a $1 PPS doesnt mean they are a basher. My opinion here will be a PPS well over $20 in the end but not yet
