I listened to some of the hearing in which Brian Rosen somewhat vaguely explained the settlement in the Wamu case.
I decided to go ahead an buy a few thousand shares of the commons at .11
I expect the EC would not agree to a settlement unless there is some value there for the common share holders - and also Brian mentioned it will be one of their goals to increase value for the share holders.
There is still talk of Lehman over at the WaMu board I noticed.
