I am President and owner of Seawind International Inc and also Seawind Energy LLC in California. I've had people calling me about the acquisition of my company and until today I knew nothing about Prime Sun Power or the companies that are being written about that have been acquired.

Seawind International Inc is a California corporation that was formed in August 1989.

If anyone has additional information they would like to provide to me our legal team would like to know more about these acquisition transactions.
