Thank you for your analysis of the 10Q, particularly for your observation about the timing. I think JP might say brilliant. Maybe not? I believe you are right. The Cornell deal, the 10K and the 10Q were released on Fridays it seems, to give investors time to DD for the good. Now, they let it all hang out on the Monday before the Virgin court date. :)

I won't expect any news, but I believe the timing speaks volumes about how management feels about things to come.
