I am certain they are searching for another out, but why worry 6 months later and a shareholder cannot point to a single piece of verifiable information that anything more than a shell exists when this company imploded after a solid 2 years of fraud.

Do you think it was fraud the whole time? The video link that was posted reminded me that we did have an actual system that grew algae at one time. It seems like they put a lot of work into it for it to be a complete fraud. Then again, snake oil salesmen have been around a long time and I guess if you latch onto a hot emerging trend like "green technology" you can raise a lot of money with very suspect "science".

Do you think there was a time when DF thought he honestly might be able to grow and harvest algae oil in an economically sustainable way?
