This points to the (motion) however not that clear seems , judge, is not happy with Clsc position however seems he is leaving door ajar?

It's too convoluted for me to follow.. mostly looks like denials of CLSC pleadings .. but still not convinced.

Tentative for 5/26/11:
This is YAGI’s motion for Rule 11 sanctions. The argument essentially is that this latest
iteration of the Amended complaint is so similar to the last version as to represent a
frivolous waste of the court’s and parties’ time. Also, it does not appear to have been
opposed. Nevertheless, the court is not persuaded that sanctions are appropriate. While
the court ultimately agrees that the debtor has not managed to allege enough different Cobalis Corporation Chapter 11
here as to make something stick, at least some of the arguments are recast artfully
enough, and the points and authorities skillful enough, to persuade the court that this was
not in obvious bad faith.
