Full agreement 4K9P, John would not be calling in media unless he felt ready, and by "ready" I mean "done" with certain aspects of the business and ready to move on to the next stage.

There is going to be a lot more smiling in front of cameras going on and instead of it looking like a "too good to be true" smile, I think it will look more like a "just swallowed a canary" smile.
