Yes thats true Penson was the first to pick up the DTCC ineligablity sorry for spelling, From what I get from other investers is penson was just one that is imposing the fees first. If the Co. MMTE resolve the problem with the DTCC and not put it off to long it will go back to normal trading with Penson. If they put it off thinking no one else will catch it then it can get bad at more clearing houses.
