Just some random thoughts:

Considering the trading patterns after each round of "devestating" news to the s/h, minimal volume has occurred. Review other similar stocks and this one runs contrary.

So far, only the debtors/creditors want to run the show. I am anxiously waiting for the Exclusion Period to end. This will allow competition to come into the picture.

It appears we are getting some hints that someone may be lurking in the shadows. Remember what was once said earlier: The best stategy played is one that the enemy does not know that it is (being executed).

It's a lotto, but the odds are better IMHO.
