"by his silence" great point. my example in the W bk case susman our attorney never once showed up in court nor did he ever utter a word. yet here we are in a settlement. not many had trust in the fact he knew more than we could imagine. this is still a nail biter. but that is what makes it fun when the stock doesnt shout from the mountaintop "here is all the money come hither"
