OK, I'll take that as an "I don't know."

I don't know either. Here's why it's a relevant question:

If SNDH's deadline is, say, not until the end of 2006, Cohn could reverse-merge HQNT into SNDH and give himself more time.

Please tone down the personal attacks. It scares the children.
