The delay from that point has been internal banking issues. Are they resolved? Well, we don't have our money yet, so the only thing we know for certain is that they aren't resolved.

I'm all in as well. I don't like waiting but it is what it is. We have a JV agreement and as soon as the bank gets out of the way we'll have our money. It's that simple.
