I'm willing to bet that IHSN has "Some Revenue" (even if it was very mynute)...and very possibly look at things in this light...with this new company name change for IHSN to IHAI...IHAI will be just a shell. And then IHAI will R/M with Carmil into and change names to the final name under the R/M.

Also noting...that the last trade for IHSN yesterday was at .0085?right?...well, my eTrade account shows IHAI priced at .0095.

Anything is possible at this point, once again, patience is needed to endure through this to find out what the final outcome is.
