this clearly bounces like a ball - Frank has Big Plans - he finally has got some firepower coming to the table - timing the position here is EVERYTHING - first big news should launch this into .60's - ten glom ons will run it up as in past - to .80 + that would be a strong sell there - wait for a reload on fibinacci retrace -- load again @ your tolerance level , wait a bit longer for litigous news - sell on a run-up to 1.20+ -------- should do well long term but why wait >? sell and reload this one
