My compiled DD from SEC filings and websites:

Customers include Walmart, Petrobras, Anglo American, Avon, Bayer, ExxonMobile,Visa International, municipalities (Foreign and Domestic) ,government agencies.....and many more.

Percent of Revenues per region in 2010:

United States 13% - down from 29% in 2009
China 66% - up from 46% in 2009
Singapore 1% - down from 3% in 2009
Brazil 15% - up from 14% in 2009
Venezuela 5% - down from 8% in 2009

General and administrative expenses decreased by 26% to $11,202,813

Cash flow decrease from $5,620,946 to $4,004,106, the result of cash used by investing activities of $9,234,667.

Total assets - $71,928,313 up $8,792,981 compared to 2009
Total liabilities - $27,014,716 up $6,158,497
Long term debt decreased from $1,131,683 to $386,414
Shareholders equity - $40,393,682

Preferred shares outstanding 12/10 - (C - 925) & (E - 41) & (K - 500) & (J - 2,108)*note - 403 shares of J converted to common in the first quarter of 2011. Bringing the amount of O/S to 175,499,665 up from 10,964,272 year ended 12/10.

NOL carry-forwards is $3,195,700 and expires 12/31/2017

Based on numbers above the value per share is .22 (Shareholders equity divided by O/S). NWMT has .022 per share cash.
