If I can do it anyone can, here ya go.

We got 8600 acres today. it has been pr'ed that the land is worth 30,000 per acre that is $258,000,000

We have an A/S (authorized shares) of 5 billion.

258,000,000 divided by 5,000,000,000 = .0516 or a nickle

That is what it should be worth based on the value of assets the company owns.
