Mayday...Mayday...These Chinese pinks are under heavy scrutiny by the SEC due to heavy selling/shorting with no controls over what is happening. I think this one fits the bill. MMG almost assures it.
China has very strict controls about money leaving China.

Let's not forget the "fly in the ointment". Oh, I believe one can get it at .0003 if one is a risk taker.
