Chris, this was one of the late filings for which there is now a CE on the company.
They left it on there because they are behind in their paperwork, and it needed to be left on there to meet with SEC requirements.
Dude you are looking at year and a half old paperwork and basing your opinion on that.
About 2 yrs ago Ford was selling at $1.00 a share. If we took your approach to understanding a company's paperwork we would not expect to see Ford currently selling at around $15.00 a share.
