Ok guys, great news
I spoke to Gerald this afternoon, and I have to say that I am confident as ever that we will be granted our epic run. I have to say that Gerald is very pleasant to speak with, his honesty comes through in his voice and was very eager to answer my questions as best possible. I took notes so I wouldnt forget one little detail:
I began by asking him about the merger details or an estimated date. He said he couldnt disclose ( for obvious reasons, thats insider trading) but did say that the Deal is definitely on, and that he speaks to RC thompspn and Alexis frequently. He says that both parties want to get it done as soon as possible, they are eager and excited to get it finalized and that they are closer than ever, with the recent financing and aircraft acquisition.
I then asked him if he could provide Revenue numbers for Tac-air, he said that he cant disclose that, but he went on to say that Tac-Air is a SIGNIFICANT company with SIGNIFICANT Revenues. He went on to add, that he normally doesnt have small companies like TADF as clients, he deals with larger clients. But said that he took them on becasue of the significance of this deal and significance of tac-air. All his clients are larger corporations (you can check the site for list). He also reiterated, that this IS NOT A SCAM, this is 100% the real deal, TADF is 100% legitimate and this deal will be a blockbuster.
I then asked him about the individuals that run tac-air. He said that these guys are all the best. They are all Top Gun pilots. They are all extremely credible and have great reputations. He went on to add, that RC and his crew would not sacrifice their reputations by dealing with tadf if they were a scam. And again said that this is the real deal, and when it gets done it will be phenomenal.
He also said that it has taken a long time to close becasue mergers are very detailed, there are partners involved and lawyers on both sides. It just takes time to get it done the right way. BUt said that he woudlnt have taken them on as a client if he wasnt confident that a deal would get made.
He finished off by telling me that he has a conference call early next week with TADF/Tac-air. He said i could call him back to see if he can disclose any more details than what he provided me.
So in conclusion, if any one is on the fence or just needs confirmation or just wants additional info, I urge you to call him and talk to him. He is very pleasant and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. I will tell you that he is very busy with alot of clients, so a may take a few calls to get thru. I called yesterday twice and today i got thru on the second call. This is it people, get your cheapies while you can, this is a bargain, i will continue to add if we stay at these levels. GLTA
