Not sure if it was MDGC, but on a pink I was once filled at a price lower than my bid. It can only mean that someone offered up the shares at a low price, and the executer was honest and gave them to me at that price. They could have given them to me at exactly my bid price and then skimmed the difference for themselves, but it didn't happen.

Must mean that some MMs are actually honest!
