I didn't think they were allowed to issue more shares to raise capital while they were in bankruptcy...I am not saying that is for certain, but thought I saw it somewhere which means that the outstanding stock and float is pretty locked.

My opinion of course, but if someone more savvy with the law could back me up or dispute the claim, that would be great.
