Chart does not show that action. Stable price through middle of day. Plus why do that on something that goes 20-45 days untraded and then trades 200 shares.

After buying. who did they think was going to buy from them?

More likely Someone buying, and it took almost all day for the bagholders to notice and sell some - as it has not moved in years.
