Any idea when the promotion will start? Don't you believe anouncing a LOI to acquire SSLC then letting the deal fall thru would spell the end for this ceo and company? Why would SSLC sell itself for billions of shares of a worthless company? APCX could not have raised enough money to buy out SSLC with cash. Something is brewing
