For being the num 1 poster on this board you need to do some research.

The recent FDA ruling states specifically that e-cigs that contain nicotine will be regulated as a tobacco product under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act of 2009 and will be subject to those regulations as either a "new tobacco product" or a "modified risk tobacco product".

What do you think the original PR was about that shot this stock up? It was because the FDA decided instead of regulating ecigs as medical device they decided to regulate them as tobacco products.
