Why would you PR the purchase but not mention how it was financed?
Maybe because the terms of the financing are not favorable to the shareholders perhaps?

He gave just the bare minimum info so he could continue to raise capital slowly. You don't see a pattern here? He is releasing little tidbits of news every couple weeks, so he can dump while sustaining the stock price at around the 0.002 price - the price at which many of you purchased restricted stock.
