Whats sad is what I get from Penson is this would be an easy fix to become DTCC eligeable but MMTE has to take care of the paper work. IMO Pension has told MMTE what needs to be done and Zecco wants trading to resume they wont make the Commision money that they could. Alot think this is just a Zecco Pension Problem but it will effect the share price until it is resolved. Large investors watch this kind of thing. IMO all brokers can do just what Zecco and Pension are doing just to stay out of trouble.
