Again for someone who's been in the market for 40 years should know better - once they hit the failure to deliver flag the MM are forced to cover else sanctions will be imposed limiting any transaction the MM can do on CAVR or any other stock - they definitely do not want that.

The key here is the failure to deliver - they have some news rules on short selling over the past few years may want to re-read them - quite different than what it was 40 years ago.
