1) The purchase of manufacturing equipment for frozen product line to be launched 2011
2) CNOZ acquiring rights to American distribution (w/ Canada and Mexico) of pizza cone
3) CNOZ enters negotiations w/ investors interested in a minority equity position

All indicate solid forward momentum and potentially, a very bright future for the company and it's investors.
