All,

Ok so here is a list of questions that need to be answered,
1) Conformation of merger/Acquisition
2) Who the merger/Acquisition company is.
3) Financials
4) Conformation of the new CEO
5) Share structure, (Share buy back / Reverse split / ( and I do not think this is one but ) Dilution)
6) Details of the new contracts for IS
7) Fix the PIHN web site (it is an IT company this should be easy to do without much cost)


That is just what I could think of right off the top, if there are others by all means add to the list.

I bought in to the fact that this was a real company, with profits, that was an investment opportunity, that was growing but I am starting to question if this is the way they do business then maybe it is time to stop putting money in and start somewhere else. My money is already in and I am not going anywhere but it just may be time to quit the dream.
