Mantra Adds Depth to Board and Executive Management Team

Mr. Elden Schorn has joined the board of directors effective immediately. Mr. Schorn is currently the Chairman of the Board of Global Green Solutions Inc. ( http://www.globalgreensolutionsinc.com ) Mr. Schorn has extensive experience in business-government relations and has held numerous executive positions with trade organizations representing Canadian manufacturers and the Canadian government. Mr. Schorn previously served as Vice President, B.C. Region, Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association, Canada's leading business network. He also served as Consul and Senior Investment Advisor at the Canadian Consulate in New York. Mr. Schorn has filled the vacant Board position as a result of the resignation of Mr. Shawn Kim to pursue business opportunities in Asia.

She graduated from Okanagan College, BC (now University of British Columbia) with concentrations in finance and business administration.
