Sounds like JR wants to put a buyer in a position here to get a stake while pocketing 700k himself and already having 54% controlling interest too. Given his track record (you believe in his ability to succeed here or not -- with various innuendos given uncertainty... but seems like an honest guy). Don't think he wants to see BRZL go down the tubes. BRZL's success is good for JR; better than for us (although in a relative sense not necessarily). Of course dumping is good for him if it's not a success, and I have to wonder who is selling so many shares this low. Anybody have an explanation for volume down here? I think a thorough update from the company on these matters would help immensely.
