JVA - Coffee Holding Co. Inc. AMEX

Bought some coffee this morning.......
profitable, recent AMEX IPO. NY Coffee importer/roaster/wholesaler sells wholesale green coffee, their own label as well as private branded labes to supermarkets etc. Strong revenue growth 37% last quarter... stable O/S...4M looks like good management. Also, with the dividend law the way it is the two owners may pay themselves at 15% vs the full personal income tax rate......

Concerns: relatively high multiple and do not seem to be able to substantially increase their Net Margins.......Also, I am no genius like some on this board, so I am unsure regarding the impact of commodity prices on their ability to pass those thru to the customer in a timely manner......but this is the value board....
