Authorized shares as reported in Monday's 10-Q, and I quote:

"State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date:

2,997,935,294 common shares outstanding, $0.001 par value, as of May 23, 2011"

And another quote from the 10-Q:

"Increase in Authorized Shares

Pursuant to a vote of the shareholders of the Company, on April 24, 2009, the authorized number of shares of Common Stock of the Company was increased from 1,000,000,000 to 3,000,000,000. The authorized number of shares of the Company’s Series A Preferred shares remained at 50,000,000." (Emphasis Mine) Link: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7952730

If you follow this link to the Nevada S.O.S., it states the same information:

http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=h%252faoFzADNiLMutJ7xYcaew%253d%253d&nt7=0

I don't see any increases here. The 10-Q filed two days ago and the current Nevada SOS both have it at 3 billion, not 30.
