I have seen that ruling before. If you read Chat transcript dated May 15,2011, Arne indicated that AWYI has to have a market cap of $100 Million which means Revenues of $70 Million before applying for NASDAQ. I hope this answer your question! I trust Arne on this and with full confidence.
