Here's an updated Authorized Share Amount for you guys. Used to be 3,000,000,000. They already issued the maximum amount of shares since that "merger news" which has been afoot since LAST YEAR, so they just raised the authorized share amount (10x) to 30,000,000,000.

So what percentage of the "float" does the board own? NO ONE KNOWS, but I can tell you that percentage is most likely decreasing day by day as shares are issued to the holders of the convertible debentures. And also, as the PPS decreases, the amount of shares the C.D. holders can sell increases since they have full ratchet anti-dilution protection. Too bad for the common shareholders here, there is no such protection.

Moderator, please update the IBOX with the CURRENT A/S (30,000,000,000), that 3,000,000,000 is old news now.
