One thing from the last 8K... The 8K mentioned that the substantial majority of the assets transferred over to the buyers, but the remaining telecommunications related assets would be transferred once state public utility commission approvals are approved for their conveyance. Doesn't that mean CGSYQ isn't completely an empty shell? Not sure if that's correct or not, I am still learning how the bankruptcy process works and I'm mostly curious to see how this will play out.
