Clear as a bell, he got 480 million post split shares of BRZL just for trying his hardest to make a deal for BRZL. Even if he doesn't make a single deal he keeps all his shares. Sweet deal if you can get it I must say. Not one minimum performance clause built in saying if he makes no deals for BRZL he returns his shares. Like I said he got 480m shares for giving it his best shot no success required.
