DELL !! I HATE THEM I HATE THEM!! Against my better judgement, I ordered a 19" LCD TV from them last Monday, and they shipped it on Tuesday.
On Wednesday they took $848.00 out of my checking account via the debit card I used to pay for the transaction.
Then on Thursday they had UPS return the TV to the because there was some question about whether or not the billing address on the card and the shipping address were the same!!!! Of course they're the same, I specifically typed that info into the web site when I ordered the TV !!!!!
Now I'm trying to get hold of this person named Lori and not having much success.
Oh, why did I do this? ** bangs head against the wall **
