I'm not really sure what Doug Spadaro does for iFinix these days. I know in the past he provided a lot of personal capital to iFinix before Dhru screwed everyone over. I do not believe Doug is responsible for the mess the company is in today. I believe the decisions have been made by Ben and the company will ultimately succeed or fail based on his decisions.
