I'm going to get creamed for answering this question...

I am looking at this wondering the same thing. News like this and it should have ran harder and higher, but it didn't. With a mystery MM the company certainly could be selling into this news.

I don't think it is illogical to count it out. I would not be surpised to see a filing and have the S/S increased. BUT, I would also not be surprised to see the filing saying all 3 mergers are complete.
