The number reaches the management department. I spoke to a mall manager and I tried to get her to walk over to the kiosk but she wouldn't. She just kept saying "the company's name is Smokefree...it's name is Smokefree" I told her I was a long ways away, and wouldn't want to drive all the way to that mall unless the company was selling the brand new re/al product. She wouldn't get her ass off her desk chair no matter how many times i asked. I suggest everyone call and harass her continually until 5pm est st time
