Hi All, here's something for us to talk about today, and maybe do some research into...

I was looking into a Corporate search in The State of Louisiana, trying to find Corporations associated with Renfro, I could only find three so far, here they are:

Im sorry if this has been discussed here before...

Here's the site:

RENFRO ENERGY, LLC

PETROLEUM CAPITAL, L.C.

CAMERON CRUDE PIPELINE COMPANY, L.L.C.

If you look at all 3 corporations, you'll see that Renfro filed "statements of change" on all 3 on 3/2/2011, this is pretty basic stuff like address change, agent change, etc....

But look at Renfro Energy, there was a "statement of Change" filed on 3/2/2011, and then as it shows "Agent Resigned" and status was revoked to inactive on 3/15/2011....If we know Renfro holds leases and is generating income on those leases, you dont just let your status get revoked to inactive for 2 months, unless maybe you've sold all your assets in that state, are not generating income in that state anymore, and dont need to have an "Active" status there anymore.... This is my opinion, but this may be more proof that something big is happening here, it should be a pretty simple filing, probably only a couple of hundred bucks, and few days to get back to "active" status, but he hasnt done it yet, lets see what happens....GLTA
