No news, no 10Q, no 10Q extension - Renfro and Sam Weiss have played the market and will continue to do so as long as the market allows. Sorry but I lost all faith. I'm riding a few freebies.

I speculate that Weiss and Renfro struck a deal where Renfro uses his big oil name and makes several million along the way as he sells shares in this shell company while dragging this dead cat as far down the road as he can.

If this deal were legit they would have filed a 10Q or extension- they wouldn't be listed as in DEFAULT by state of Nevada (where BRZL is incorporated) and most importantly Renfro would have communicated SOMETHING to his shareholders.

Like many of you I was in pretty deep with this stock and had been holding it for weeks - after no 10Q, news, or extension I'm done with this stinky pinky scam - I suggest you get out before this house of cards comes crashing down.

Think about it people - why wouldn't Renfro communicate something to the market/shareholders? If you want to risk thousands of dollars on some Texas franchise tax report being extended than go right ahead - but a corp that doesn't file it's 10Q or extensions or keep up with basic things like Nevada corp registration is a scam in my opinion.

Don't hate on me for spelling out the reality - I held this stock for weeks too and was a believer in the concept of Renfro / RM- I'm now convinced we've simply been played - best of luck to those who still hold the candle..
