SEO has sold or transferred over 100 million shares while the company was touting feilds that, to date do not have commercial oil.

Looks pretty clear to me.

Unfortunately, members of the prior management reside overseas and have not filed Form 3s & 4s so the number of shares dumped may never be known.

If you include 'financial advisors' in the management catagory, when CHROME bought out the company 100 million mre shares were transferred to them.
