no, what he stated in 2010 there would not be a reverse split... this is 2011. things change and this should have been taken care of back when they did the symbol change or name change.. but then he was held to his pr of no reverse split.

he had no wiggle room the OS was maxed out...and the financials showed he had no money in the bank. Cowboy Mining did not appear.

so how was this suppose to move forward?
