Isn't it better for all, to sell the stock at a higher pps?
But low, sell high = $$$

Now my question; These additional shares that WL got as a "Covenent"; How many were there? and are they to be sold or held in reserve, and will thay be cancelled when not needed anymore?

People see the # of shares issued and say "holy cow", I want to know if these are permanent.
