Look, Sam. Nobody knows what the SS structure is. Those two 50 million par share counts were from an amendment on 5/20/2010.
At that point there was reverse merger in play so it was obviously from the old entity. They will not release the share count until after the merger is officially announce. Only then will we truly know what the count is.
