Pire I'm basically talking about the roadshow which precedes any company going public. That's when management makes presentations to analysts and fund managers and any other potential investors. Typically the success of the IPO depends on the roadshow because that's how they get the word out there about the company. Facilitating the roadshow, like every other aspect of the process of going public is part of EBIG's role.
