I'm just trying to get inside the heads of management...
Like...I thought their business strategy was as follows:
1. Raised the authorized share count to 5 billion
2. Issue new shares and give money to the company selling the shares off
3. Take the cash and set up revenue-generating activities
4. Run the company from there...if the share price goes up then down the road consider issuing more shares, reverse split etc., but way down the road.
what could they possibly be thinking with raising the authorized share count by a factor of 100 right now...?...how would they get any money at this share price? Who is going to buy these shares?...it just seems like a ridiculous business strategy. Any thoughts/ideas? Anybody seen something like that before? Anybody see it work?
thanks!
